Heavy-Duty Diesel Diagnostic Technician — Worcester, MA

Compensation & Perks

Competitive hourly pay: $35.00–$38.00 (based on experience and certifications)
$2,000 sign-on bonus to kick-start your transition

Pay Range: $35.00–$38.00 per hour

What It Takes

Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain a Class B license preferred
Technical or advanced degree with 3+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
Comfort using diagnostic tools/software: JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, multimeters, and Windows
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proven teamwork and customer service mindset with clear oral and written communication
On-site evaluation with recommended training
