This position will report to the Operations Manager.This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.Pay range: $43,888-$59,000/yrJob ResponsibilitiesBuild a community within the practice that fosters teammate satisfaction and retention by developing strategies to achieve organizational goals, being available to staff, accepting feedback from others, developing subordinates' skills, and encouraging growthSchedule appointments for all patient servicesUnderstand, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of office processes, including but not limited to, managing employee files, verifying insurance benefits, overseeing timesheets and submitting payroll, and supervising front desk staffImprove processes, products, and services through modern and creative thinkingCreate appropriate contracts and payment plans for private pay patientsEnsure patients are teched and scribed in a timely manner and assists the team when falling behindPrepare accurate patient insurance lettersEnsure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved childrenJob QualificationsPrevious experience in a dental practice a plusAt least one year of demonstrated administrative experienceAvailability to work weekendsAbility to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on timeStrong interpersonal skills, listening to patients' needs, and a friendly and outgoing demeanorPreferred knowledge of ECW/Dolphin Database, Payroll, Intero Order processing systems, Google Docs, Document Portal Spreadsheet software, Word, and ExcelIn addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
