ReGenesis Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality preventive dental care while helping expand access to oral healthcare through our innovative school-based dental program and medical-dental integration initiatives .

What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations.
• Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing (as appropriate), fluoride treatments, sealants, and periodontal maintenance.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs.
• Screen patients for oral diseases and abnormalities.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Support school-based and community oral health outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic dental records and documentation.
• Follow OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
• Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for patients of all ages.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay

$39.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Qualifications
Required

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Two (2) or more years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Community health or public health experience
• Experience with electronic dental records (EDR)

Full-Time Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
