What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress and support families. Requirements High school diploma (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation and driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregivers and supervisors.
