This is a full-time remote position offering the flexibility of working from anywhere while handling sophisticated commercial matters. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage their own caseload independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trialsTake and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnessesDraft, review, and argue motions and other legal documentsDevelop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clientsWork collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forwardManage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolutionQualifications5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigationSignificant trial, deposition, and motion practice experienceStrong analytical, legal research, and writing skillsExcellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive bar license in good standing in California preferredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
