What You'll Do Be a Leader Enable club readiness and support leaders and associates through the new club launch. Be the Expert Serve as the go-to resource for club processes, systems, and onboarding. Be a Tech Forward Leader Champion digital tools and training adoption across the club. Be an Owner Own launch task execution, readiness tracking, and issue resolution. Be a Talent Ambassador Support onboarding, training, and development of the new club team. How You'll Lead Collaborating across teams to drive launch readiness. Using data to track progress and flag risks. Modeling company values and the Open Door Policy. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
