What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect precision machined plastic and metal parts
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Use tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Help identify and troubleshoot quality issues on the floor
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

What You Need

• Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and/or CMM
• Skillset in CNC machining quality, machine shop, or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality systems
• In process documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience inspecting plastic and metal parts
• Knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines
• Previous experience in a high-precision environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
