Job Details:

Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Location: Greer, SC

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1871.76 - 1965.35

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Night)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day. Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite, and if not will result in failure of fit testing requirements. SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to cardiac arrhythmias and medication needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including pass/fail fit testing requirements.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and care quality.
