Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and create customized treatment plans.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise routines.
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain current medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation is essential.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or be eligible to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
