Speech-Language Pathologist

This contract position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists interested in school settings, with 37.5 hours per week and a schedule aligning with the academic calendar. Orientation begins August 3, with students arriving August 6, 2026. The contract runs through May 27, 2027.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Eligibility for applicable state licensure and certification
- Strong interest or experience in school-based SLP services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy tailored to students' needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with families, teachers, and staff to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required procedures and timelines
- Participate in collaborative monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for shared learning
- Take part in annual performance reviews and ongoing process improvement initiatives

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
