We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse Manager at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective leadership and management.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and growth
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
2+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting
Evening shift availability
