TransPerfect provides a full array of language and business support services, including translation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and any kind of technology solution.What You Will Be Doing:* Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from translation services, compile contact lists, and initiate outreach through cold emails, phone calls, or social media.* Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.* Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.* Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy.* With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.* Ensure that client requests and feedback are promptly communicated to the sales team.* Help generate and update sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.* Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews.Who We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills* Sales experience preferred* Studying toward a bachelor’s degree* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with and learn from diverse groups/people/concepts* Effective time management skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Why TransPerfect:For more than 30 years, TransPerfect has honed a culture where all kinds of ideas are shared and new ventures are not only welcomed, but also encouraged.
