Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast and Digital Marketing products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research. Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns. Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data, ensuring the best fit for clients’ expectations. Requirements Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills. Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive communicator. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills that drive business growth. Digital / Media Sales experience is a plus but not required. Natural ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, and strong industry connections (nice‑to‑have). Respect for others and a strong belief in mutual respect. Passion for local radio. High character, confidence in prospecting, and rapid rapport building. Knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes. Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base. Accountability for own work and a willingness to guide new team members. Ability to build a territory plan or account approach. Objective judgement and experience solving business problems. Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and influencing skills.
