CREDENTIALS & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: BC/BE in Endocrinology • DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required) • Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care • Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders • Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
