Join our onsite team in Mooresville, NC to keep high-precision CNC production running smoothly through expert setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality control—while guiding junior operators and advancing process improvements.

Snapshot of the role

• Run and set up CNC/mechanical equipment for consistent, high-quality output
• Diagnose and correct complex issues; perform advanced adjustments and light programming
• Read blueprints and engineering specifications to hit exact tolerances
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using required gaging instruments
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Keep your area audit-ready with 5S standards
• Adhere to Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
• Coach junior operators and contribute to continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must-haves

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar CNC capacity
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex problems
• Comprehensive working knowledge of CNC operations and process control
• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written/verbal directions
• Intermediate math and communication skills
• Proficient with required gaging instruments and their application

Schedule and compensation

• Work Location: Onsite - Mooresville, North Carolina 28115
• Shift: 3, 9:45 pm - 6:00 am
• Pay Range: $21 - $24 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

Employment classification

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Physical requirements

• Able to lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods; frequent bending and stooping
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tooling
• Comfort working in noisy environments
