Perform comprehensive assessments, establish nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate care; revise plans as needed; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor infant status, manage NICU-specific interventions (including ventilation support per Level III NICU protocols), and ensure patient safety and infection control. Communicate with families, educate caregivers, and participate in discharge planning; delegate tasks to appropriate team members as appropriate. Maintain documentation in Epic and participate in unit-based workflows; adapt to unit variations while upholding high standards of care.
