Group Engagement Manager

Infosys is seeking a Group Engagement Manager for its Financial Services vertical. In this role, the leader will be responsible for reviewing sales plans and pipeline health, supporting Business Development Managers in identifying, qualifying, and shaping strategic opportunities, building internal alignment, and driving large transformation pursuits through closure. The individual will provide guidance on account strategy, proposal reviews, pursuit governance, and executive stakeholder engagement while supporting Client Partners on escalations and key account initiatives. The role is accountable for accelerating profitable account growth, strengthening Infosys’ position as a trusted strategic partner, and expanding executive relationships across the assigned portfolio. Typically, Group Engagement Managers lead a portfolio exceeding $100M in annual revenue. Role Description Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $100M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. About Infosys Financial Services Infosys Financial Services helps banks, capital markets firms, insurers, and other financial institutions accelerate business transformation through digital, cloud, data, AI, and platform-led solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience Significant business development and project management experience Experience in the relevant industry/vertical Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the [United States/Canada] without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems across business, technology, procurement, and executive leadership teams. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, pipeline generation, and account expansion targets. Understanding of AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation trends within the Financial Services industry. Preferred Qualifications MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 14+ years of experience Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers Global Delivery Model experience Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship Experience leading multi-million-dollar strategic pursuits and complex deal negotiations. Experience selling AI, cloud, data, automation, or digital transformation solutions within Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance clients. Strong understanding of Financial Services industry trends including digital banking, payments, regulatory transformation, risk, fraud, and customer experience modernization.
