About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a senior finance and transaction leadership role with a focus on corporate capital markets activity, M&A, and project finance execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading corporate capital markets initiatives, serving as a key internal point person for strategic capital events, and owning the corporate enterprise model as a strategic decision-making tool. This hands-on leadership position requires the ability to lead complex transactions, manage a small team, and engage with senior stakeholders and external capital providers. The role is best suited for a candidate with a strong background in capital markets, M&A, and project finance, particularly within the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, investment banking, or private equity-backed sectors. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have approximately 10 to 15 years' of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or independent power producer platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate debt, structured capital, project finance debt, tax equity, and transaction execution in asset-intensive businesses. Commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to advise senior leadership on financing, transaction, and capital allocation choices are essential. The role also requires a strong external-facing presence with various capital providers and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. The candidate should be adept at using financial models to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
