Retail Store Manager - Customer-First Leader & Coach

Pottery Barn Kids is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in achieving goals while providing exceptional customer service. This position involves leading the store team, maintaining staff coverage, and creating a positive environment for all associates. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lift items up to 75 lbs.
