Senior Eng I, Product Development Engineer, Automatic Testing

Integra LifeSciences Corporation

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for medical devices. The role combines hands-on automation framework development with technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting product verification and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automated test scripts, frameworks, and solutions for functional and system-level verification
Execute test suites, analyze results, investigate failures, and document defects using management systems
Mentor Engineer I and Engineer II team members and promote automation best practices and coding standards
Develop test cases, protocols, and traceability documentation to support verification and validation activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve test efficiency and coverage

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years as Software Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or equivalent role
3+ years hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions
Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices or life sciences
Strong object-oriented programming skills, C# preferred
Proficiency with automation tools such as Ranorex or equivalent platforms
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and V&V processes
