Tax Manager

• 100% Remote (Central Time Zone STRONGLY preferred)

• PE Backed/Fast Paced Environment
\n
• Responsible for leading the Company’s process for ensuring compliance with required tax regulations for the U.S. and Canada
\n
• Ensure all tax returns are filed in a timely manner
\n
• Partner with outside tax advisors and advise internal departments regarding tax guidance
\n
• Includes, but not limited to oversight, compliance and tracking of: Federal, State, Local and Provincial taxes
\n
• Additional exposure to: VAT, Property, Capital Accounts, Reserves, Transfer Pricing, etc.
\n
• Support merger and acquisition activities
\n
• Assist with preparation of quarterly tax provision, annual returns, and all other tax returns
\n
• Be a trusted business partner to various stakeholders within Finance and Accounting and across the company
\n
• Ad-hoc projects.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
\n
• CPA or equivalent required.
\n
• 5+ years of relative Tax experience required and will look at straight Big 4 or those with relative high growth healthcare industry experience
\n
• Prior management experience, highly preferred.
\n
• Eagerness to learn.
\n
• Compensation will commensurate with level of experience.
\n
