Logistics Clerk

Logistics ClerkLin Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support our shipping and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing customer shipments, maintaining accurate records, coordinating carrier pickups, and providing cross-trained support within the warehouse. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and take pride in accuracy, we'd like to hear from you.Shipping ResponsibilitiesProcess and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading.Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping issues.Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.Maintain shipment records within the ERP system.Complete damage claims and related documentation.Communicate shipping priorities with internal departments.Warehouse Support ResponsibilitiesPull and stage materials for shipments and production needs.Locate missing inventory and assist with inventory accuracy.Restock warehouse pick locations.Enter and update inventory data within the ERP system.Support warehouse operations during absences and peak periods.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Lin Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees and applicants. Employment decisions are made without regard to legally protected characteristics.High school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or related experience.Experience using shipping software and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Willingness to cross-train and support multiple logistics functions.Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight carrier platforms.Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Physical RequirementsFrequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling.Warehouse and manufacturing environment.Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
