Job Duties: Locate and verify parts against inventory records Enter part numbers, quantities, and condition notes into Excel Identify and report missing, mislabeled, or inaccurate inventory Label, tag, and organize warehouse stock Assist with receiving, put-away, staging, and order pulling Operate a tow motor and pallet jack as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Support inventory audit preparation and documentation

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements 1-2 years of warehouse inventory experience. Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
