Responsibilities Diagnose, create, and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of filling gaps in the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Maintain clinical documentation in an EHR system Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 client visits per week Actively participate in supervision and ongoing learning opportunities Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills Current enrollment in an accredited master’s degree program working toward an LPC or LSW Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other required documents within 24 hours Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency in the use of Office 365 We are an equal‑opportunity employer and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
