Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is offering a highly coveted, flexible-hybrid Employment Litigation Attorney role. This role is great for attorneys who want to take on high-profile cases without the demands of a high-profile law firm. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly reputable, innovative, and well-respected firm known for its supportive culture, exceptional training, and sophisticated practice.
This position is ideal for an experienced litigator who loves substantive legal work, strategic problem-solving, and complex employment cases , but prefers a role with greater flexibility, reduced courtroom obligations, and no pressure to generate business . You'll partner with some of the nation's top employment attorneys, handle meaningful and intellectually engaging matters, contribute to a collaborative nationwide team, and enjoy a sustainable workload with reduced billable expectations and unlimited PTO .
- Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Work closely with partners on complex employment litigation matters
- 3-5 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
