AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus)

Overview Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Selma, AL area. The role focuses on tire installation, maintenance and customer service at state-of-the-art service and retail centers. Responsibilities Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—rotations, balancing and flat repairs—to keep vehicles operating safely. Assist in providing best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments tied to performance (as described during the introductory period). Follow established processes and use provided training to perform duties. Qualifications Be at least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States; able to work 5 days per week. No experience required; paid training is provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be active; value reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
