Key leadership responsibilities include:Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing hotel teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional guest service.Extensive experience operating within Hilton brand standards, systems, and operating procedures, ensuring full compliance with quality assurance requirements and brand expectations.Advanced knowledge of the Hilton Lobby platform and key Hilton management tools, including Hilton University, R&I, OTAs, lighthouse, Hilton honors program.Skilled in analyzing market performance, occupancy trends, ADR, RevPAR, competitive set data, and revenue opportunities to drive hotel profitability and market share growth.Ability to collaborate effectively with ownership groups, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders by providing detailed operational, financial, and performance reporting.Proven track record of leveraging Hilton systems and analytics to optimize revenue management strategies, improve operational efficiencies, enhance guest satisfaction scores, and achieve financial objectives.Proven ability to lead large teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver superior financial and guest satisfaction results.This job posting is for a position at a hotel that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
