Job SummaryTeam player needed! The Medpace Shared Services team is looking to add to our invoicing group due to continued growth. The candidate needs to be very detailed focused and thrive in a team atmosphere. ResponsibilitiesProcess billings related to Medpace Labs on a monthly basis;Manage the processing/calculation of billings for assigned customer base;Generate monthly reporting for internal and external customers;Manage and post prefunded account transactions;Manage the processing/calculation of billings for assigned customer base:Reconcile and maintain account statuses by customer and project;QualificationsAssociate’s degree and prior work experience preferred;Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred;Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to be customer service-oriented;Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines; andAbility to work 8:30 - 5:00 Monday – Friday within an office environment, but with a flexible schedule during peak times.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
