This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical assembly principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality./ppAssembly:/pulliPerform precise assembly of complex electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions./liliUtilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks./liliConduct quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards./liliTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions./liliMaintain accurate records of assembly progress, materials used, and quality control data./li/ulpMachining:/pulliOperate light machining equipment (e.g., lathes, milling machines, drills) to produce and modify components from various materials./liliRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations./liliSet up and adjust machining parameters, including feeds, speeds, and tool selection./liliPerform routine maintenance on machinery and tooling./liliInspect machined parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish using precision measuring instruments./li/ulpGeneral:/pulliCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product design./liliAdhere to all safety regulations and best practices in the workshop./liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment./liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs./li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
