Senior Care Quality Assurance Analyst - PACE Program

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a qualified Quality Improvement/Assurance lead to support the PACE program in Riverside. You will develop and monitor the annual QAPI plan, lead audits of contract facilities, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to improve participant care. You will review data, perform root-cause analyses, conduct quarterly CMS reporting, and provide staff education to sustain high-quality, compliant care for seniors at home and in facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Neighborhood Healthcare
