Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities: As aHealthcare Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top-tier clinical professionals. Source, screen, and place Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and allied health professionals local and regional assignments Build and maintain strong pipelines via cold calling, referrals, outreach strategies Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate follow-up Track and manage candidate profiles using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms Maintain long-term candidate relationships, especially in travel nurse and PRN markets Collaborate closely with internal staff in our Abilene, TX office Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications: We're seeking a recruiter who's not only skilled, but local to Abilene, TX and ready to be a part of our in-office team.
