HVAC Lead Installer

Job Summary As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. You’ll manage an install crew, ensure jobs are completed to code, and deliver a great customer experience on every install. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform HVAC installations, including furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, ductwork, and controls Supervise and train install apprentices/helpers on best practices Coordinate job progress, materials, and schedules with project managers Maintain quality workmanship and ensure installations meet local code and manufacturer specifications Communicate professionally with customers and represent Anacapa’s values on every job Complete necessary paperwork and job documentation through our software systems Ensure safe work practices are followed on all job sites Qualifications 3 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential/light commercial) Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical, and refrigerant handling EPA Certification NATE Certification (preferred, not required) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in attics/crawlspaces, and perform physical labor Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($28–$40/hr) Paid holidays and PTO Health insurance 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, gas card, and devices Ongoing training and career development opportunities Apply Today If you’re an experienced HVAC professional ready to lead with pride, we want to hear from you.
