If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as a Roofing Sales Manager look no further.Residential Roof Sales Manager Duties* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.*Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.Residential Roof Sale Manager Experience Required* 3+ years of roofing sales Management experience* 2+ years of outside sales experience* Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team playerBenefits/Compensation for a Residential Roofing Sales Manager* Full health benefits, 401K* Base salary between $70k-$90k + aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $120k+* Company Vehicle, cell phone, and equipment* Optional after Office work parties, golfing, happy hours
