DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Position Summary DISHWASHER – Full time position at Nike Food Services, 3100 Frayser Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38128. Application is accepted online only. Fixed pay rate: $17.50 per hour. Schedule: full time, open availability preferred – hours and days may vary; details discussed during interview. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or place in racks or conveyor for dishwashing machine as per assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards. Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash, place it in designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Help load and unload supplies and product. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior dishwashing experience preferred. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
