Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. Experience leading hearings and depositions and independently managing all phases of commercial litigation. Experience appearing in court and arguing substantive motions. Strong legal writing, analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills. A polished, professional, client-facing presence. Strong academic and professional credentials. This is a hands-on role for an experienced litigator who can confidently manage complex matters while working alongside seasoned attorneys on high-impact cases.
