Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Production Associate (Cylinder Processor) Location: Hahnville, LA Schedule: Full-time Job Category: Operations Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. What We Offer You Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefit plan (medical, dental, vision and more) 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO) Employee discount programs Career growth opportunities Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level Responsibilities Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling Check for cylinder quantities, styles, and product, and fill any necessary product Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and key in the computer the quantities, styles and products filled in order to justify the stock inventory Complete and maintain quality control documentation as per company and Governmental procedures Operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D.
