Summary Provide personalized beauty experiences for customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department, with a focus on luxury beauty products. Build customer relationships and support sales through in-store and digital selling. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products that align with customer goals. Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer outreach. Support Beauty events and services, maintain an organized department, and keep current with beauty trends and product knowledge. Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty. Requirements Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service. Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns, and contribute to an inclusive team environment. Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with interest in achieving sales goals and using technology.
