CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Overview

Pay that adds up. Start at 67CPM base pay, with top performers earning up to $98,000 per year and average annual earnings around $88,000.*
Modern trucks built for the long haul. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging just 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus paid out monthly, plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, giving you extra cash right from the start.*
Specialized pay for specialized freight. Earn additional pay for stops, load securement, tarping, over-dimensional loads, and loaded border crossings into Canada for drivers who choose to run there.*
Home time you can count on. Run out 7-21 days at a time based on location, with planned time home to recharge.
Training that meets you where you are. No flatbed experience? No problem. Hands-on training during an all-expenses-paid orientation at a top hotel in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA gets you confident and ready before your first load.
