Direct hire opportunity in West Chester, OH. Pay rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM | 2-2-3 schedule.

To Get The Job You Need:

• High school diploma or GED — trade training helps too
• 3+ years of plastic extrusion experience
• Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
• Quality-focused with an eye for detail
• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
• Safety-conscious and solid with the team

How You'll Spend Your Shift:

• Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift
• Troubleshoot problems as they pop up
• Perform quality checks on products and parts
• Do routine adjustments and small repairs
• Stay safe and keep production goals on target
