Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in a warehouse environment. This position involves operating a sit-down forklift to transport pallets, load and unload trailers, and support production line replenishment in a fast-paced coffee bean distribution warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets of coffee beans from production to shipping areas
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Replenish production lines as needed during shifts
• Transport pallets and materials within the warehouse using forklift equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for forklift operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report maintenance issues
• Assist with inventory and staging tasks as required
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage, ensuring accurate operations

Required Qualifications:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate forklift throughout the shift
• Capable of working safely in a warehouse setting with typical safety precautions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in distribution or warehouse environments
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Sit-down forklift

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking during shift
• Operating forklift in a warehouse setting

Dress Code:

• Full length pants and plain shirt required
• No hooded jackets or loose clothing permitted
