Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining production flow by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase power
• Fabricate, weld, and modify parts or fixtures as needed to support operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and safety procedures
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, welding, and diagnostic equipment
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
