As a Junior Marketing Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized brands through face‑to‑face marketing campaigns, helping increase brand awareness, engage new customers, and drive business growth. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. What You’ll Do Represent clients through professional face‑to‑face marketing campaigns. Build positive relationships with prospective customers. Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions. Generate brand awareness and customer engagement. Work alongside an energetic and supportive marketing team. Participate in daily coaching sessions and ongoing professional development. Help execute marketing strategies designed to achieve client goals. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self‑motivated and dependable. Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day. Strong work ethic and a team‑oriented mindset. High school diploma or equivalent.
