Role Description The Valet Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Middletown, DE. This position is responsible for collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps, transporting materials safely to designated disposal areas, and ensuring community walkways and collection zones remain clean and orderly. The specialist will follow established routes and schedules, adhere to safety and cleanliness standards, and communicate courteously with residents and property staff as needed. The role also includes reporting any issues or hazards, maintaining basic documentation related to pickups, and representing QuickTrashUSA with a professional and service-oriented attitude during every shift. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive resident experience. Candidates should have effective Communication and basic Administration skills to manage routes, schedules, and service-related documentation. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with valet-style services or Valet Parking processes, with an emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct. Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying trash bags, walking routes, and working in varying weather conditions. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to the Middletown, DE worksite. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
