Experienced Irrigation Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)

• Maintain, inspect, and properly care for irrigation equipment, tools, carts, radios, and safety gear.
• Operate equipment safely while following all company safety policies and supervisor instructions.
• Secure the irrigation shed and ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and support overall property maintenance operations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, work efficiency, and service quality while working flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Experienced Irrigation Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of irrigation system maintenance and repair experience, including pumps, valves, sprinkler heads, and water distribution systems.
• Working knowledge of well and reclaimed water systems, irrigation scheduling, and compliance with local water-use regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues, respond to service requests, manage inventory, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, lift equipment as needed, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime when required.
