This opportunity provides hands-on experience across clinic roles and develops leadership skills to advance toward a management position within Serenity's growing organization. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, you will gain an understanding of clinic operations and the ability to lead and drive business growth, while engaging with patients to promote innovative healthcare solutions. Please Note: This position requires a willingness to relocate. Training Highlights: Rotations: Engage in immersive 1–3 month rotations across various clinic positions, gaining knowledge and leadership skills. Persuasive Communication: Hone your ability to promote healthcare options and address customer objections. Business Development: Learn strategies to drive business growth and collaborate on marketing initiatives. Elevate Patient Experience: Advocate for mental health, educate customers on treatments, and prioritize patient satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: Master the Electronic Health Records system for accurate and efficient care coordination. Strategic Consultations: Develop consultation skills to gather patient information and design personalized treatment plans. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study, demonstrating leadership potential. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and effectively resolve patient or customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
