Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in Dover, New Hampshire. This position involves providing critical emergency care in a fast-paced, 11-bed emergency department. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts, with assignments lasting approximately 13 weeks, with potential extension. The role requires strong clinical skills in emergency nursing and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active compact license; minimum of 2 years' emergency department experience in a hospital setting; certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or ENPC, TNCC
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a freestanding emergency department environment; certifications such as CEN, CPEN, TCRN are a plus
• Additional Information: Candidates should possess a strong clinical skill set, be adaptable, autonomous, with critical thinking abilities, and demonstrate excellent relational attributes to support optimal patient care. The role involves working every other weekend with no on-call requirement.
