Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, is seeking a Business and Banking Associate Attorney with experience in corporate and transactional matters. This role focuses on advising clients on business entity formation, corporate governance, and a range of business transactions. The position involves working closely with business clients on corporate structuring, transactional matters, and strategic legal guidance within a collaborative legal environment.
