Job Description The Sales and Trading Supervision team conducts daily reviews of the Firm’s trading across Cash Equity and Derivatives desks. Working with Compliance, Sales, Trading, Operations, and Equity Management, the team analyzes data, identifies risk, and resolves issues decisively and accurately. Role Responsibilities Perform reviews related to Trade Reporting, Reg NMS, Reg SHO, and other applicable rules. Analyze trade data for potentially manipulative trading practices in US NMS and OTC Equities, Canadian Equities, and US Options. Support the Supervision, Management and Compliance teams with resolving surveillance matters. Assist compliance in preparing regulatory inquiry responses. Develop and implement surveillance reports and regulatory controls designed to detect and mitigate regulatory issues. Key Qualifications 3‑15 years’ experience in trading, trade support/operations or Compliance. Sound understanding of US equity market structure. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines. Series 7 & 57 preferred but not required.
