Entry-Level Civil Engineer - Sustainable Design & Growth

Minimum Experience 0-3+ years’ experience Compensation Estimated $73,000 to $90,000 based on full-time employment + bonus + benefits. Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and certification. Location Our office is located in the Alaska Junction Neighborhood in West Seattle. We are located within a 3-minute walk of free parking, the C Line rapid ride bus system, many delicious restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. Traffic dependent- our office is 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to Alki Beach. This calm location is a sweet stepping off point to the city. About Mayfly Mayfly is a civil engineering-based firm with an emphasis on integrated sustainable design. We specialize in the design and planning of projects that are sensitive to both their social and natural environments. We provide full civil engineering services from early site and options analysis through construction documents and specifications as well as provide construction administration. We are looking for engineers that have the following skills or are willing to work to acquire them quickly. Degree in Engineering Interest in sustainable design and improving their communities. Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D or interest and ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
