Job Overview Onsite role in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance available $150,000 annual salary, paid on a weekly basis Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day one This role is built around direct involvement in Alpha’s PreK program. Approximately one-third of the time will be classroom-facing, demonstrating facilitation methods and conducting alignment reviews. The remainder focuses on curriculum creation, coaching Guides, and delivering evidence‑informed progress reports to families. Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating techniques and recognizing quantifiable progress. Create and lead play‑centered learning sessions that integrate social‑emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development. Audit and align Guide documentation weekly for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration sessions. Develop family communications and coordinate team meetings to synchronize priorities and uphold campus‑wide PreK readiness targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master’s degree or specialized credentials preferred. Minimum 5 years working in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related area. Direct experience facilitating group activities for children ages 3 to 5. Demonstrated capability in designing and executing play‑based educational frameworks supporting developmental milestone attainment. At least 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with defined performance expectations. Background in composing written family progress communications and facilitating team coordination meetings in an educational context. Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Commitment to onsite work at Alpha’s Austin campus; relocation support available as needed. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Knowledge of educational technology platforms, adaptive monitoring dashboards, or digital observation systems in early childhood environments.
